The owners wanted a transformation of their kitchen and deck area, something that connected the inside to the outside in a way that made them both feel spacious. Vaulting the kitchen ceiling and adding large sliding doors allow the cooking area to connect to the new screened porch and create a free flowing condition much better suited for entertaining.
